A Family I Never Had ♥

I see myself alone. I have been taught to be selfish. I have been taught to not care. I have been taught like everyone else, to ignore.           Selfish enough to lock my friends inside my soul To not care about the years of separation to come... To ignore that our roots are far from similar Yes you said it right, 5 years from now we will be nothing but loners. But trust me, even when i stand alone, I'll have my squad running in my veins

TO MY LOVER'S EX

TO MY LOVER’S EX, You may not know me and it is all right,  I would not say that I know you either. We both have a part of him that will never leave us.  Well, it is never possible to delete someone’s existence from our lives.  He tells me everyday that he would stand by me till his last breath, And I believe him with all that I have. No hard feelings, we all have needs. I wish we had met earlier, for I could know you better, 'cause no matter how hard I try,  I always wonder why, just why would you wound h...

A Rainy Day In Dhaka

A rainy day Dhaka, i decided to let the breeze pamper my face. I sat by the stairs, a slight breeze embracing the leaves, tens of crows soaring in the sky, Palm leaves drooping in the rain yet dancing with the breeze..... A beautiful sight to sit and stare at. I looked at the familiar pedestrians down the alley. Some rushing into the college, some to the hospital, others seeming lost. An unusual object caught my eyes. A blue cylinder placed horizontally, two tray-like structures in front of it. It had never been there before, and it was almost impossible to miss it. Right there, in front of the college entrance. Oh well, that wasn't the only unusual object there. They had built a small gate there too, with a banner which made no sense to me. How would it! It was all in Bengali. World hand washing day? No! It's somewhere in March right? Whatever it is, the barrel there is more beautiful than what i came to see at the stairs. To call this place unorganized would be an under...
